Our criterion for musical and educational experiences is of the highest caliber. On the basis of these standards, you can be assured that all of our school music festivals will satisfy the needs of the student and teacher/conductor.

Great East Festivals offers an opportunity for performance in an educational atmosphere. Our events are non-competitive elementary, middle, and high school music festivals and are geared to musical organizations of all sizes, grades and ability levels. Performances can be scheduled for:

Performance and clinic time for groups of 25 or more:

  • Instrumental: 30 minutes
  • Jazz Band (may play 2 selections only): 25 minutes
  • Vocal: 25 minutes

Smaller groups are allotted less stage time. Performance times allow for set up, performance and clinic. Groups are encouraged to listen to other performances and share experiences with students from different schools.

Upon receipt of your registration form and fee, you will receive a tentative schedule and information packet. Groups are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Prime times are usually mid-morning, and those go quickly. It's never too early to register!

No matter what level of proficiency your group may be, our festivals are an excellent opportunity for your students to be evaluated and participate in a clinic with adjudicators as well as receive a formative evaluation in an educational setting.
